OK guy's! heres what i have been looking to implement as our looting system
it's called EPGP (Effort Points Gear Points).
I a nut shell the more you participate in helping the guild achieve it's goals your opportunity for getting the loot you want increases. Ie the more effort you put in the greater the rewards.
